Softball There are literally thousands of high school prospects every year trying to reach the university. Believe me, competition is fierce and the level of talent at the university level is very high. If you've ever gone and I saw a game of softball at the University at every level, know what I mean.
I know first hand how difficult it is for high school softball prospects to reach the university. A young man who grew it was only a few milesfor me, was an exceptional player. In fact, baseball has dominated local children, until he was thirteen or so. He had an impressive career preparation, but was not heavily recruited out of high school. It ended with the signing of a school and then had the opportunity to move to Division I softball her junior year.
With his level of talent, I wondered why that was not heavily recruited by the school. After participating in the recruitment process more years later,Now I know why. Apparently no one was to help promote and market themselves to college coaches.
In a perfect world, all prospects of high school softball will be recruited for college, where talent and ability to play at that level was. Unfortunately, we live in an ideal world. Sometimes very good players only fly under the radar of college coaches.
